Samuel P. Rich, 17, of Lake Bronson, Minnesota passed away November 13, 2013. Samuel Patrick Rich Jr. was born January 9, 1996 in Vallejo, California to Samuel and Cheryl (Ashcraft) Rich. He moved with his family to Lake Bronson, Minnesota in 1997. Sam attended kindergarten through his sophomore year in Lancaster, Minnesota and was currently attending Kittson Central High School in Hallock. He enjoyed fishing, archery and golf. Sam had worked part-time at Cenex in Hallock. He was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Lake Bronson. Sam is survived by his brothers, Corey and Travis, Lake Bronson, Thomas Rich, Corning, CA; a sister, Christina Rich, Corning, CA; his grandparents, Robert and Eunice Rich, Lake Bronson, Vicky Ashcraft, Grass Valley, CA; great grandparets, Leona Wilson, Auburn, CA, Robert Rich, Yuba City, CA and Ruby Rodda, Yuba City, CA; aunts and uncles, Kristen (Patrick) McGee, Hallock; Rebekah (Joe) Coelho, Alta Loma, CA, James Rich, Langdon, ND and Kevin Ashcraft, Grass Valley, CA; cousins, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents. Memorial services are scheduled for Tuesday, November 19th, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. in Zion Lutheran Church at Lake Bronson. Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery, Lake Bronson. Visitation will be held at the church for one hour prior to the service. Pastor Kathy Levenhagen, presiding.
