Rhonda Lee Anderson, of Oklee, MN, passed away on December 1, 2025, after a surgery complication occurred at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN.

She was born to Roberta and Ronald Howard in Duluth on August 21, 1957. On December 29, 1977, she married John Anderson Sr., who passed in 2018. Rhonda will be remembered for her kindness, her spitfire attitude and love for her family – especially for her grandchildren. Rhonda touched the lives of many people over the many years and was a cherished companion by all she met.

Rhonda enjoyed spending time with her family, playing bingo, going fishing, and taking care of her dog. She will be remembered by many including, but not limited to, her children, John Anderson Jr. (Darla), Monica Anderson (Reed), Jason Anderson (Tabatha), Donald Howard (Kippy), Jacob Anderson (Laura), Jeremy Anderson (Carrie), Amanda Kelly (Dylan), and Andrew Anderson (Noel); biological siblings, Steve Howard, Tracy Carrier (Scott), and Shawn Erwin (Elaine); many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and her best furry friend, Jasper.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John Anderson Sr.; daughter, Brenda Anderson; grandson, Andrew Kasprowicz; great grandson, Slyvester Kasprowicz; mother and stepfather, Roberta and Donald Anderson; father, Ronald Howard; grandparents, Earl and Florence Stockford; and sister, Carrie McCray.

Funeral services are scheduled for Friday, December 12 at 11:00 a.m. in Assembly of God Church in Hallock, MN. Visitation will be held at the church for an hour before the service. Interment will be in Riverview Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Lancaster, MN. Arrangements by Austin Funeral Home of Hallock.
