Kathy Rae Fredrickson, 71, passed away on August 9, 2025, at Sanford Medical Center in Fargo, ND.

Kathy was born in Warren, MN, on March 30, 1954, to Leonard and Gertrude Jopp of Stephen, MN.

Kathy married Terry Fredrickson on June 11, 1994. Over the years, she worked at PKM in Warren, MN, Kittson Memorial Hospital in Hallock, MN, MCI in Pembina, ND, Drayton Food Processing in Drayton, ND, Original Casual Wear in Drayton, ND, and American Crystal Sugar in Drayton, ND.

Kathy is survived by her husband, Terry Fredrickson; stepchildren, Jade (Wendy) Fredrickson, Lancaster, MN, Heidi (Andy) Tunheim, Wishek, ND, and Lance (Kayla) Fredrickson, Northglenn, CO; step-grandchildren, Courtney, Payton, and Sophie Fredrickson, Lancaster, MN; Cooper, Macie, and Libbie Tunheim, Whishek, ND; and Devin, Hailey, and Carter Fredrickson, Northglenn, CO; and brothers and sisters, Renae (Jim) Yutrzenka, Arglye, MN, Pam (Dennis) Winge, Donaldson, MN, Cheri Gorvin, Kennedy, MN, Michelle Jopp, Fargo, ND, Kevin Jopp, St. Louis, MO, Lynelle Jopp, Fargo, ND, and Shane (Carol) Jopp, West Fargo, ND.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Leonard & Gertrude Jopp; brother, Roger Jopp, and brother-in-law, Gary Gorvin.

Funeral services will be on Saturday, September 6, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Teien Covenant Church in rural Drayton, ND. Interment will take place at Teien Covenant following the funeral.
