Gerald "OD" Ebertowski, 65, of Bowesmont, North Dakota passed away at Essentia Hospital in Fargo, North Dakota on Monday, November 11, 2019.

Gerald was born August 10, 1954 to Hilary and Vernetta (Nicholson) Ebertowski at Deaconess Hospital in Grafton, North Dakota.  He grew up in Bowesmont and worked at Wellingham Farm Associated Potato and for several local farmers.  He married Geneal Buccanan and had three children, Bradley, Barbara and Melissa.

Jerry is survived by sisters, Susan (Donald) Kasprick, Cleo Christensen and Cynthia (Robert) Houske; his children; step sisters, Shirley Murphy and Judy Silewski; grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Jason; and brother-in-law, Glen Christensen.

Funeral services are scheduled for Tuesday, November 19, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. in St. Edward's Catholic Church, Drayton, ND. Interment will be in St. Edward's Cemetery. Fr. Robert Wapenski, presiding. Honorary pall bearers will be Gerald's nieces, nephews and friends. Visitation will be held on Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. in Austin Funeral Chapel, Drayton with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m.
