Daryle McDonald, 88, of Drayton, North Dakota passed away at Lutheran Sunset Home in Grafton on Wednesday, May 11th, 2022.

Daryle Emma Davidson  was born on October 2, 1933 in a log cabin located in Elkwood Township, Roseau County, Minnesota, the fourth daughter of  Aaron and Daryl (Cole) Davidson. She attended school in Badger, Minnesota. She married Claire Curry on November 7, 1951. Her second marriage was to Robert MacDonald on June 21, 1964. She was employed  by American Crystal for 45 Campaigns ending her job with the company just before her 75th birthday. She loved spending time with her family, crochet and embroidery handiwork, reading, watching the birds, playing bingo and going to the casino.

She leaves behind her daughter, Beverly Dolan, Grafton ND; son, LeRoy (Colleen Domier) Curry, Fargo, ND; daughter-in-law, Sharon Curry, Inkster, ND; grandsons:  David (DD) Dolan, Austin TX; Christopher (Tracy) Dolan, Minneapolis, MN; Stephen (Catherine) Dolan, Seattle WA; granddaughters:  Jennifer (Christopher) Betz,  Inkster, ND;  Katherine (Richard) Marriott, London, UK; Brenna Curry, Grand Forks, ND; and Sarah (Jake) Salter, West Fargo, ND; 13 great grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren; sisters, Rose Frederickson, Clara Robb, Joyce Davy and brother, John Davidson.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands, son, Raymond Curry; sisters: Betty Sulland, Georgene Sellen, Barbara Robb, Joan Morey and brother, David Davidson.

Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, May 14th, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. in Austin Funeral Chapel, Drayton. Visitation will be held for one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in the Drayton City Cemetery
