Christine (Wilhardt) Potrament, 83, was found deceased Monday morning August 4, 2014 in her apartment. Christine was born August 1, 1931 in Richardville Township, Kittson County, Minnesota, the daughter of John and Antonia (Wilebski) Wilhardt. She married Stanley Potrament August 7, 1946 in Lancaster, Minnesota. Christine and her husband raised their two sons on a small farm northeast of Lancaster. She had a number of jobs in the Lancaster community and was an active bingo player on a weekly basis. She was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Christine is survived by two sons, John (Martha), Hallock and Ricky (Natalie), Spirit Lake, IA; six grandchildren, Kim Lathrop, Portland, OR, Johnny Potrament Jr., Hallock, Christopher Potrament, Gonzales, LA, Melissa Kennedy, Lake Bronson, MN, Rebecca Potrament, Aberdeen, SD and Nicole Potrament, Sioux Falls, SD; two brothers, Roman Florey, Maple Plain, MN and Frankie Florey, Blaine, MN; three sisters, Gertrude Patterson, Cass Lake, MN, Ursula Randolph, Blaine, MN and Monica Herrold, Brooklyn Park, MN. She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; a brother and a sister. Funeral services are scheduled for Friday, August 8, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. in Holy Rosary Catholic Church, rural Lancaster. Interment will be in Holy Rosary Cemetery. Rev. Craig Vasek, presiding; St. Patricks Choir; Diane Younggren, organist. Honorary casket bearers will be Christines grandchildren. Visitation will be at St. Patricks Catholic Church in Hallock on Thursday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m.
