Carole M. Ritzo, 92, was called to heaven on February 5, 2016 at Lutheran Sunset Home in Grafton.  Carol was born in Drayton, North Dakota to Louis and Gertrude Jorde on October 16, 1923. Carole was a lifelong resident of Drayton and graduated from Drayton High School. She married Joseph Ritzo and they raised two sons, Lonny and Larry.  In recent years Carole has been a resident of Lutheran Sunset Home in Grafton.  She was a member of Drayton Lutheran Church.

Carole was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Joe; son, Larry; brothers, Robert Jorde, Willis Jorde and sister, Helen Roland. Carole is survived her son, Lonny and will be fondly remembered by her sisters-in-law and many nephews, nieces, cousins and countless friends. Carole's family would like to thank the staff of Lutheran Sunset Home for their devoted care and friendship to Carole. A special thank you to Mary Beth Morrison, a dear friend who was always there for Carole.

Memorial services are scheduled for Saturday, February 13th at 1:00 p.m. in Drayton Lutheran Church.  Visitation will be held at the church for one prior to the service.  Interment will be Drayton City Cemetery.
