Brent Wayne Haugstad passed away at his home in Bemidji, MN on May 14, 2021 after a long battle with cancer.

Brent was the third child born to Harold and Corinne Haugstad on November 9.1960. He is survived by his father, Harold Haugstad (Mercedes), siblings, Danny (DeeVerle) Hallock, Connie Rekuski, Mounds View, Laurie Fowler (Jon) Hallock, Scott (Erin), Houston,TX. Mark Peterson (Karen) Owatonna, MN and Penny Scholler (Dennis) Cavalier, ND; Aunts and Uncles; Helen Restemayer, Cavalier, ND. Avis O'Neill Chatfield, MN, Rick Pearson, Atlanta, GA and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Brent was preceded in death by his mother, Corinne Haugstad, grandparents Bill and Lauriene Pearson, Harry and Caroline Haugstad, several aunts, uncles and cousins.

A private memorial will be held on the Haugstad farm on Memorial Day.
